LOW CARBON STEEL WIRE RODS

Our Production Material:

KTT standard wire mesh products are produced from low carbon mild steel wire rods to meet client MS specification.
Low Carbon Steel Wire Rod quality is manufactured and supplied by local reputed certified rolling millls complied to JIS G3505:2004 or SAE10088 of latest revision with carbon equivalent value of around 18-20, tensile strength ranges from 430 to 520 N/mm2.

Wire Diameter:

Sizes range from 5.5mm to 12mm

Applications:

  • For production of standard mesh fabric, reinforcing stell round bars/ ribbed reinforcing steel bars, cold reduced low carbon hard drawn steel wires, galvanized welded wire mesh and imperial rolled mesh.

    Product Description:

    The construction of meshes range consists of all standard panels (A,B,C and D types) of fabric structures are manufactured to certify to MS 145 of latest revision or equivalent to the standard BS4483 or SS32. Dimension and technical specifications as below:
    Type A Square fabric - 200m x 200m spacing
    Type B Rectangular fabric

    - 100mm main wire spacing

    - 200mm cross wire spacing

    Type C Long Fabric - 100mm main wire spacing

    Applications:

  • Used for residential slabs, driveway, sidewalks, patios and slabs for light contruction are reinforced with steel welded fabrics.

  • Steel welded fabric in rolled form have also replaced steel bar in the reinforcement of culvert and 'U' drain.

  • KTT Standard Fabric is produced in wide range of wire sizes and spacings capable of furnishing sufficient steel area to reinforce all structural concrete floor slabs.

  • The fabrication and placement of large sections of reinforcement made from steel welded fabric provide optimum use of labor and simplify project supervision and inspection.

  • Contractors have found that fabric, used as shear reinforcement for prestressed double tees, may be easily and confidently positioned without fear of the reinforcement shifting during tensioning and concrete placement.

    Minimum Requirement For Tensile Properties MS 144: Clause 14.ct Subsitutions:

    Available in a range of wire sizes, material grade and strength for most requirements and industrial applications. Reinforcing Bars or (Re bar) is supplied in the standard 500n/mm2 strength. Test certificates complied to MS144:2006 or latest revision can be issued to accomodate all these specifications in popular sizes as required in accordance with MS 144 prodedures.

    Wire cut to length and supplied ioose or in bulk from 2.0mm to 12mm diameter are also availbale upon request.
